Manager Support and Employee Assistance:  Workplace issues are rarely one sided.  That's why SPS applies the Strategic Management Intervention and Employee Assistance frameworks to support both managers and employees through difficult workplace issues.  Whether its supporting business owners, managers and supervisors through difficult workplace issues or providing needed support to any employee, SPS can assist.

Career Counselling and Transition:  SPS provides career counselling using psychometric and vocational tools to help people make career decisions and assess their goodness of fit in current positions.  Importantly, we also focus on  the future and opportunities - opportunities for promotion, to transition to other positions, or even other careers.

Specialist Counselling Services:  There can be no doubt that qualified support can make a huge difference to how people cope with challenging situations and ultimately how they perform under pressure.  That's why we provide counselling services focussed on issues such as conflict, performance during difficult situations, dealing with difficult people, workplace distress and critical incidents.  We can help individuals manage a number of psychological challenges and we are qualified to administer psychometric tests to assess including personality, emotional intelligence, emotional reactivity, and team roles.  These tests are integrated into the counselling/support framework to better support the individual, whatever the situation.
