SPS will work with you over an agreed number of sessions to analyse your situation, diagnose your needs and ultimately achieve your goals.  Depending on your requirements, we undertake group training, personalised coaching and counselling, and psychometric testing and assessment.

What do we provide?

SPS provides specialist services in three key areas:

Each domain is specifically designed to facilitate increased competence across complex areas of human interaction, appreciation of others, and the deepening of self-awareness.

Employee Support and Strategic Management Intervention: SPS combines the Strategic Management Intervention framework with Employee Support systems to support both employees and managers/supervisors while dealing with difficult workplace issues. Whether its supporting business owners, managers and supervisors through difficult workplace issues or providing needed support to any employee, SPS can assist.

Career and Transition Counselling: SPS provides vocational profiling and career counselling using psychometric and vocational tools to assess goodness of fit and vocational preferences. We also provide personal and professional counselling services as part of our counselling practice.

Specialised Counselling Services: SPS provides specilised counselling services to both private and organisational clients utilising a number of recognised psychological frameworks and instruments.  We can conduct psychological testing in relation to areas such as personality, emotional intelligence, conflict, and team roles, to name a few.  These tests can be integrated into the counselling framework to support therapy in a holistic manner, or be used separately to support individual personal and professional requirements.

Individual and Team Profiling: SPS also provides individual and team profiling so that managers can be proactive in understanding, assessing, and utilising information about themselves, their staff, and their team. So, in addition to better managing complex situations, we can also assist you to employ some of the best psychometric instruments in unique combination to maximum your human capital.  And most importantly, we'll work with you to show how this important information can be applied practically in the workplace.
